 During a customer analysis study done in 2006, it
was apparent that there were a relatively high percentage of New
Hampshire contractors and plumbers traveling from locations south of the
White Mountains to the Twin Mountain branch’s location. This stretch
could take up to three hours out of a day for plumbers to travel for
much needed plumbing supplies. The decision was made to open a satellite
location in the Concord and Laconia area.
In February of 2007, a fourth location was opened
on 1639 Summer Street in Bristol, New Hampshire. The three thousand
square foot Bristol location stocks all the plumbing fittings required
for most residential plumbing repairs and installations. Specialty item
requests are transferred from the Twin Mountain branch, approximately an
hour’s drive north. Glenn Russell with his extensive plumbing knowledge
manages the Bristol branch.
