While in the White Mountain area of New
Hampshire, Smithfield Plumbing & Heating Supply Company
established a strong working relationship with many major ski resorts
and tourist attractions, in turn... becoming a major supplier of plumbing
parts for snow making equipment and their water delivery systems.
In May, 2009, Smithfield Plumbing & Heating
Supply Company opened a four-thousand square foot plumbing and
heating wholesale branch in Intervale, located in the town of Bartlett,
New Hampshire, just a couple of miles north of Conway. This fifth
location was created as a convenience to the majority of ski resorts
east of Mount Washington in addition to many of the tourist resorts,
hotels, motels, lodges and bed and breakfasts that serve tens of
thousands of visitors every year. The existing Twin Mountain branch,
approximately an hour west of Mount Washington already serves the ski
resorts and attractions along the SKI93 corridor.
The Intervale branch also occupies the same
building that a major hardware chain once occupied, therefore
allowing many local contractors and homeowners the convenience to
continue to obtain tools, plumbing supplies and heating equipment as
they always have without having to travel too far.
